API issues across invoices and payouts

Invoices have all been processed retroactively, with none missing.
Payouts will be retried later today.

As for the cause, our API was working intermittently between the timeframe specified.
The issue was not due to a DDoS attack or any external threat but rather a problem with one of the instances part of ASG Group, which was insufficient for said instance to be replaced.
We have updated the required alarms to prevent it from happening again.
